How does international booking work?

You send us the flight details and the itinerary. We place the work with a vetted affiliate operator in that market, confirm a fixed price back to you, and stay the contact for the whole trip.

What happens if something goes wrong abroad?

You call our dispatch desk, not a foreign call centre. We hold the relationship with the operator, so chasing them is our job.

Will the chauffeur speak English?

In the markets listed here, yes — English-speaking chauffeurs are standard. If you need another language, tell us when you book and we will confirm before you travel.

Can you arrange meet-and-greet at international arrivals?

Yes. Name-board meet-and-greet inside the terminal is available in most markets and is usually worth the small premium on a long-haul arrival.
