The role

Professional chauffeur

We are Delaware's premier black car company and we are hiring chauffeurs who take the work seriously. Rideshare experience is welcome; the standard we hold is higher.

Drive the guest, not just the car

Doors opened, luggage handled, water offered, route planned. The ride should feel effortless from the kerb to the terminal.

Own the clock

Plan the route, build the buffer, arrive early. Our whole reputation is that the car is there before the client is.

Talk to dispatch

Clear, calm communication with dispatch and clients — especially when a flight moves or traffic turns.

Licensing, background check, PAX training, then your first trips with us.

FAQ

Before you apply

Do I need a Z endorsement before I apply?
You need it before you drive, not before you apply. If you have the clean record and the passenger-driving experience but not the endorsement yet, apply anyway and tell us — we will walk you through getting it.
Is Uber or Lyft experience accepted?
Yes. Rideshare time counts as professional passenger driving experience. What we are looking for on top of it is the black car standard: suit and tie, doors opened, luggage handled, no chatter unless the client starts it.
Do I use my own car?
For chauffeur roles, no — you drive our late-model Lincoln sedans and SUVs. If you own a 2018-or-newer sedan or SUV and would rather work as an independent operator, apply through our affiliate and I/O page instead.
How does pay work?
Pay is per trip and paid on a regular bi-weekly cycle with a statement showing every trip. We will go through the specifics with you on the call — we would rather talk numbers with a real person than publish a range.
What happens after I apply?
We review applications quickly. If it looks like a fit, expect a call, then an interview and a driving assessment, then licensing and background checks before your first trip.
