We build the day around your timeline, not ours: couple’s car, wedding party, and guest shuttles between hotel, ceremony and reception through our affiliate network — coordinated by one person you can text.

We take your run sheet and work backwards, then confirm it with you the week of the wedding.

How does wedding transportation get priced?
Wedding work is normally booked hourly with a minimum, because the day rarely runs to the minute. We quote the hours and the cars up front and confirm the schedule with you the week of.
Do you do the getaway car and the guest shuttles?
We do both. The couple rides in one of our luxury sedans or SUVs, and guests are transported in affiliate Sprinters or mini buses between the hotel and the venue — all coordinated by us.
What about proms and graduations?
Yes! Parents call us specifically because the chauffeur is background-checked and PAX-trained, and because we will tell you honestly where the car dropped everybody off.
Wine tours, concerts, a night out?
Hourly service with a chauffeur who parks, waits and comes back to the door. The whole point is that nobody in the group has to drive.
How far ahead should we book a wedding?
As early as you have a date and venues. Saturdays in spring and fall go first.
